The Surval Boutique Olive Estate has a delightful mix of rustic and modern decor, with ethnic details that added a unique charm. The general areas of the hotel, such as the garden and outdoor pool, were beautifully maintained and easily accessible for us seniors. We appreciated the attention given to creating a safe and comfortable environment for guests of all ages.
It would have been even better if the children working there could have been more attentive to small details. For example, the outdoor tables near the swimming pools were occasionally left uncleared, and dinner service was a bit slow one evening.

Our stay at Surval Boutique Olive Estate was wonderful. The room was beautifully appointed, with a large bathtub and shower. The restaurant had both indoor and outdoor dining areas, and the food was delicious. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our every need. The views from the gazebo were stunning, and we enjoyed drinks there while taking in the countryside and mountains. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The position and views were amazing, providing a tranquil and romantic escape. The rooms were beautifully decorated, adding an indulgent touch to our stay. the friendly and helpful staff made our experience even more enjoyable.
It caused unnecessary anxiety and confusion upon our arrival. the thin walls in the oldest part of the hotel made it difficult to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep, especially when there were noisy neighbors.

We had an incredible stay at Surval Boutique Olive Estate Villa. the rooms were absolutely fantastic and the restaurant served excellent food. We started with G&T's and enjoyed a delicious olive tasting platter with various types of olives, olive chutney, tapenade, and jam. the main courses were also great, and the views from the estate were stunning. the breakfast the next morning, especially the eggs benedict, was the best we've ever had. we would give our experience a perfect 10/10!
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes. 😊.

The hospitality and professionalism were top-notch from the moment I arrived. The Family Room we stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable king-sized bed and a separate area with two single beds for my children. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot weather. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the omelettes made to order were a highlight. The views from the dining area were breathtaking. The two swimming pools were perfect for relaxing and cooling off. I had a memorable and enjoyable experience at Surval Boutique Olive Estate. I highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation.
The Wi-Fi didn't work in our room and it was not resolved due to our late arrival and early departure. Additionally, the construction noise near our room was very disruptive to our stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Surval Boutique Olive Estate. The decoration of the hotel was beautifully done, with a delightful mix of rustic and modern elements, including charming ethnic details. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained, and the accessibility for senior people was commendable. With every step, I felt comfortable and safe, making my vacation truly relaxing.
If I were to suggest one improvement for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be to provide more assistance from the staff. Although the children working there were friendly, I feel they could benefit from additional training to better cater to the needs of senior residents.

Me and my friends had a blast exploring the nearby attractions like Buffelsdrift Game Lodge and Oudtshoorn Golf Course. We even got to do an olive tasting and farm tour, which was so cool! The hotel had a gym and we could go hiking or biking. It was like an adventure playground for us!
The only thing I would ask for is more fun activities for young party-goers. Maybe they could have a DJ or organize some themed parties.

The value for money at this hotel was outstanding. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped with fluffy white towels. The location was lovely, being out of town but still close enough for sightseeing. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to meet our every request.
The only thing that could have made breakfast better was if there was a more efficient drinks service by the pool.

For the price we paid, our stay at this hotel was a steal! The room was spacious, cozy, and beautifully decorated, and the location surrounded by olive groves was simply stunning. The staff at Surval Boutique were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home throughout our stay.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider variety of options.

I recently stayed at Surval Boutique Olive Estate for a few nights and I had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly polite and professional, and the estate itself is beautiful with a charming olive theme. I particularly enjoyed their delicious olive jam and chutney. The facilities were top-notch, with a well-maintained garden and a comfortable room that had an amazing view. The small details like lavender on the towels and a turndown service made the stay even more special. I also appreciated the extra service of being able to use the room after check-out time for a picnic. I would definitely recommend this place.
100% Recommend this hotel.
